It's been an exciting last few days. On Thursday we learned that Gabby is going to have a little sister in October! We are thrilled and can't wait to meet her! Gabby doesn't quite understand she is about to become a big sister, but we suspect that in the next few months she will start to catch on.
The following is an assortment of photos from the weekend. Although the forecast called for rain, we had a relatively dry weekend. What a nice change!
On Sunday we spent some time planting geraniums. Gabriella loved helping us shovel dirt and water the flowers. She just may have a green thumb.
On Saturday, we walked around KU's campus. Gabby went crazy when she saw the Jayhawk in front of the Kansas Union. She was so excited! So, we had to take a photo.
On Friday, Gabriella got a bit artistic with some chalk paint on our driveway. This was her second round of painting. After the first one, we went in the house and she took of her dirty clothes. Then later she insisted that we go back outside while David was mowing the lawn. This time she was only in her diaper.
