New Year and New Beginnings

Happy New Year! It's hard to believe we have completed the first decade of the Twenty-first century! Two thousand and nine was a pretty good year for us overall. We had highs and low just like any family. We hope and pray for a healthy and happy 2010!

Below are some photos from David and Gabby's time playing in the snow the week after Christmas. They had a great time making a tunnel and snow angels.

Trying to make a snowman but the snow didn't pack well.

Building a snow tunnel in the corner of our backyard. Gabby loved it!

Some snow made its way into the house. Gabby brought in a snowball and we put it in the freezer - it's still there!

New Years Eve! We spent the evening and night at Nonna and G-Pa's. Gabby made it to 10:30 p.m. and the rest of us crashed soon after midnight. We had a good time hanging out with family.

The new year also brings some changes. One (big) change is that Mommy is staying home with the girls! Back in November, she decided to not return to work after Adriana's birth. We are all very excited! Gabby will continue to go to pre-school 2 full days each week, but Mommy and the girls will have a lot more time to hang out and have fun together during the week.
