It was a fun and exciting weekend! Today is Samantha's 29th birthday! We spent the day together celebrating. On Saturday we went to El Dorado with Nonna and G-Pa to watch the Hutch Blue Dragons (ranked #2) play Butler (ranked #1). And on Friday evening we carved and decorated pumpkins.
This morning opening birthday gifts from David and the girls. They spoiled Mommy with Dunkin Donuts and coffee (yummy!), new work out clothes, new earphones for her ipod and rain boots. (Gabby and Adriana are in their Steeler pajamas that Nonna and G-Pa bought for them while in Pittsburgh recently. Go Stillers... er, Steelers!)
Mommy with her adorable girls after church.
This afternoon we went over to Nonna and G-Pa's to visit with them. The girls had a great time running around the house and having a good time!
Gabby climbing on G-Pa. It was pretty funny! He couldn't stop laughing at her.
Singing "Happy Birthday!"
Blowing out the candle with a little help from Gabby.

Saturday we spent the evening at the game. Unfortunately, the Blue Dragons suffered their first loss this season last night, but they still have a lot of football left. We know they will bounce back!
Dragons taking the field! G-Pa stood on the sideline during the game. His back is to the camera but you can see him at the bottom on the picture. He's in a black jacket and blue hat.
Nonna and Gabby in the stands. They are BFFs! :)
Adriana's hair is hilarious in this photo. She pulled her ponytail out and it was a windy evening.

Friday night we had our pumpkin party. The girls LOVED it!
Before the carving and decorating.
It was a little messy so Gabby stripped down to her panties! She loved gutting the pumpkin. We baked the seeds and they were yummy!
Adriana watched us from her chair. She liked watching Mommy decorate the pumpkin like a Mr. Potato Head pirate.
Posing with our final products. Daddy made the jack-o-lantern a vampire. He attributed it to Mommy's strong interest (ahem, obsession) with the Twilight Saga/Edward Cullen and True Blood.
Adriana just wasn't feeling the love in this photo. She really doesn't like when Gabby does this, but the look of fear and horror on her face seemed all too appropriate given the Halloween mood of the night.

I love their pumpkins...how cute! Hope you had a great b-day, Samantha!
Hey I was at the game too! Too bad we didn't run into each other. We just had Paxton with us, he LOVES football. Does your brother coach for Hutch?
Hey Amy! Yes, Tommy coaches at Hutch. We have been to a few games this year to support the team. It would have been great to see you at the game! We were across the field with the visiting team. Hope all is well with you and your family. Your kids are adorable!
