Gabby had a busy weekend last week. On Friday, she competed in her second dance competition. She did great! She earned Diamond Elite and placed second in her age group. She was selected as one of Talent on Parade's Top Starz. This means she is invited to the 2014 National Finals event this summer. It sounds like a great opportunity and something we hope our summer plans allow her to participate in.
She also had her last basketball on Saturday. She really enjoys playing and especially likes playing tough and aggressive defense. After the games, parents and grandparents would come up to us and comment on how they love to watch her play defense. This girl has spunk!
