Gabriella's 7th Birthday & Party!

Happy 7th Birthday to our smart, sassy, lovable and compassionate little lady, Gabriella! Today was an exciting day for her because she celebrated her birthday throughout the day and also had her party with friends this evening.

At school today the students were allowed to dress up as a book character in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America. Gabby was Angelina Ballerina. 

I served as her 1st grade classes' Mystery Reader this morning. She was completely surprised and so excited when she saw me walk through the door! In honor of her birthday and Dr. Seuss', I read HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! I also read THE GIVING TREE, a family favorite and PINKILIOUS since we brought pink iced cupcakes to celebrate. 

Yummy! I also stayed afterward and we had lunch together. David brought us Pei Wei, Gabby's favorite!

Party time! We had a house full of 23 6 & 7 year old girls tonight for a party and movie night. It was fun, a bit crazy, but a good time was had by all. Most importantly, David and I survived. 

We rent a popcorn maker, which was a huge hit.

Our Sassy Seven-Year-Old!

We took this before Christina went to bed and before friends arrived. Amazingly, Christina slept soundly through the entire party. Third babies are just like that! ;)

Make a wish, Gabby! We hope it comes true! 

Upstairs we cleared out the toys and furniture, created palates and 23 girls, in their pajamas, watched the moving FROZEN projected on our wall. It was really cool and a lot of fun!

Happy Birthday, Gabriella! We love you so much! Your birthday was as special as you are. We can't believe how much you have matured and grown before our eyes these last 7 years. God blessed us richly when he chose for us to be your parents. We love you tonies!
